There are a few excellent points about my penthouse. The best, is the view. Pockets of nature surround you, painting a different picture every time. Wake up to the sun as it rises over the horizon every morning. See the rain fall in east over the airport while warm sunshine wash over the Marina Bay Sands hotel.

In the evening, catch the sun as it dips into the west. Turning the sky a brilliant pink.  Bask in the breeze cooling down the daytime heat as you gulp down a satisfying beer, taking in the sights from the spacious terrace. With Dean martin playing in the background.

The moon is a sight to behold from the terrace. I love holding karaoke parties with my friends at the terrace under the moonlight. Sometimes I do a movie night with my projector as well.

Discover the open-air privacy of the terrace; wide-open space with the sky above you and no one to peek. A treasure indeed in urban Singapore.

So why am I selling this penthouse? Because my daughter is returning to Japan to further her studies and this house will be too big for my dog and I. I’m looking for a buyer who will make this place their home and enjoy all that it has to offer just as we have.
